The smell of fresh hot bread can be detected from all sides of the Historic Square downtown Georgetown, also known as the the county seat , just 15 -20 min north on IH35 from Austin.  Gumbos NORTH feature a Louisiana Café with a style of its own.

Loyal patrons will be pleased to know Shuler and Denise Page took the time to find a much larger two story Historic Victorian building flowing with charm and warm ambiance.

The NEW Gumbo’s North has two large well stocked full-service bars to accommodate to- go’s and walk -ins, with almost twice the dining areas and spacious private rooms for parties and corporate events. We will be featuring the best nightlife, live music, happy hour specials and of course a few bigger screens to take in the big game at the upstairs bar.

 Rest assured all your favorite Gumbo's enjoys including appetizers; salads and entrees and desserts have remained intact on the lunch and dinner and dessert menus! Of course there is a new children’s menu and SUNDAY BRUNCH: 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 P.M.

We know everyone and we always have interesting discussions about families, trips, school or special events in our lives. We are treated with genuine care, not simply as “paying customers.” We always are made to feel as if we are the only people in the restaurant.  The food is always prepared to perfection. The entire dining experience is truly amazing and extremely comfortable. We have made numerous referrals and know that all of those folks had an excellent experience as well.
